Shipping Information

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 5:00pm are dispatched next working day.
Orders placed after 5pm are processed on the following working day.

Shipping Services

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, depending on the value of the order:

  • Higher-value orders ship via Tracked 24
  • Standard orders ship via Tracked 48

Tracking details will be emailed to you once dispatched.

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Packaging Damage in Transit

We do not accept returns for items where the outer packaging has been damaged in transit.
Collectible boxes can experience minor wear during shipping, and this is not considered a defect. Returns are only accepted when the item itself is factory sealed and in original condition.


TCG Cards Purchased Through eBay

If you purchase single TCG cards via our eBay listings, the following applies:

  • These items fall under eBay’s 14-day return policy
  • Cards must be returned in the same condition they were sent
  • The buyer is responsible for return postage
  • Any damages, delivery issues, or lost packages will be handled using eBay’s official processes such as “Item Not Received” or return requests

All returns for eBay orders must be completed within the eBay platform.


How to Start a Return (Website Orders)

Please contact us through the Contact Us page and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return

We will respond with return instructions.

Please package items securely and include your order number inside the parcel. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.


Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will:

  • Cover return postage
  • Offer a replacement or full refund

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos where applicable.


Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3–10 working days to appear after processing.
